Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): At the time of the site visit the upstairs bathroom which is shared between the two school age rooms had a cabinet below one of the sinks that had a child proof latch that was not latched making the cabinet accessible and there was a plastic shopping bag located inside the cabinet.
